The 7th County Legislature district is comprised of a part of the City of Syracuse and a part of the Town of Salina. In the City, the district covers most of the North Side, including all or parts of Wards 1, 3, 4 and 6. In Salina the district covers most the Lyncourt section. The district is a mix of commercial and residential areas, including neighborhoods in which both apartment dwellers and homeowners predominate.
